Refund policy

Faulty Policy

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Return & Refund Policy 

Fiola Rose Swim has a 7 day return policy. If returning an item (or more than one item) all goods must be received within 7 days of receiving the order, to benefit from a refund, an exchange or a store credit. 
Only full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Discounted items will not be refunded, or given exchange or store credit options.

If a refund is issued, it will be to the amount of the item, less the shipping cost of the order.

If seeking a refund, exchange, or store credit, you must return the item in an unworn/unused condition. This means:
  • Item still in original packaging
  • Hygiene liner still attached
  • Fiola Rose Swim tags still attached
  • Undamaged, stained, marked
  • Garment bag intact
Fiola Rose Swim has the right to refuse to refund/exchange if items do not meet the above requirements.

Each order you receive from Fiola Rose Swim will include a return/exchange form. If you return your item/s you MUST fill out this form in full, and enclose it with the item/s.

The cost of return or exchange shipping will not be reimbursed.

 

Refund/exchanges are processed in 3 business days. You will be sent an email confirmation upon refund/exchange of your item/s.
