Our Founder
Fiola Rose Swim was founded by Australian designer Fiola Labron Johnson, whose lifelong connection to fashion, travel and the natural world continues to shape the brand’s distinctive aesthetic.
Based with her family on a rural property in New South Wales, Fiola balances motherhood with a hands-on role in the creative direction of the business, from design and colour development to the finer details of each collection.
Her background in modelling, design and styling has given her an intuitive understanding of proportion, fit and the way women want to feel in swimwear. Her approach favours timeless elegance over fleeting trends, drawing inspiration from nature, travel, high fashion and the understated glamour of previous eras.
Colour is central to the Fiola Rose aesthetic. Each signature shade is carefully considered and custom developed, complemented by distinctive details including rose-gold hardware and the brand’s signature rose-quartz heart.
